Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Tradallo. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by them. Read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To use Tradallo you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Not be located in, or a citizen of, a country subject to comprehensive US sanctions
• Not be on any US government denied-party or terrorism-related list
• Not be barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or your jurisdiction

2. Your account

You authenticate via Privy. You are responsible for the security of your authentication factors (passkey, email, social, wallet). If your credentials are compromised, contact us immediately. You may not share your account, sell access to it, or use it on behalf of another person without their consent.

3. Handles

Your handle (e.g., aaronjordan) is your public identity on Tradallo. Handles are first-come, first-served, subject to a list of reserved handles (system, trademarks, founder reservations). Handles four characters or fewer are premium and require a separate Premium Handle subscription.

You may not register a handle that:

• Impersonates another person, brand, or organization
• Infringes a trademark or other proprietary right
• Is offensive, deceptive, or unlawful

Tradallo may reclaim a handle that violates these rules.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Tradallo Active ($25 / month USDC)

Pays for the Blue verification badge, off-chain trade timestamping (Universal Trade Receipt notarization), broker integrations, premium analytics, marketplace seller capability, and other Active-tier features. Tier eligibility may also depend on continuous subscription tenure.

Premium handles

Handles four characters or fewer require either a $9.99/month USDC subscription or a one-time $1,000 USDC lifetime payment. The handle is released back to the public pool if a monthly subscription lapses beyond the grace period.

Marketplace fees

Tradallo charges a fee on data feed and agent subscriptions purchased through the marketplace. Current fee terms are displayed on the relevant listing page at the time of purchase.

Payment medium

All Tradallo payments are made in USDC on the Base network via the x402 protocol. Tradallo does not accept fiat currency, credit cards, or other payment methods.

5. The Marketplace

Tradallo operates a marketplace where users can list data feeds, copy-trade signals, and AI agents for sale or subscription. By listing or subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Sellers represent that the trades, signals, or strategies they list are accurate, originate from accounts they own or are authorized to represent, and have not been fabricated, materially altered, or selectively reported
• Subscribers understand that past performance does not predict future results, that trading carries substantial risk, and that Tradallo is not responsible for any trading losses
• Tradallo facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the underlying advisory relationship between seller and subscriber

6. On-chain attestations

When you opt to notarize a trade via the Universal Trade Receipt protocol, a SHA-256 hash of the canonical receipt is posted to a public blockchain (Solana memo program for v1). You authorize Tradallo to make this posting on your behalf via our notary wallet, or with your own wallet if you choose self-custodied notarization.

On-chain postings are permanent, public, and irreversible. Once posted, the hash cannot be removed from the underlying chain. The hash itself does not reveal the trade contents — only that something with that exact canonical receipt existed at the moment of posting.

7. Verification badges

The Active (Blue) and Elite (Gold) verification badges are governed by public, mathematically transparent criteria documented in our database schema and at /docs/elite (when published). Tradallo evaluates eligibility nightly. Tier may be lost if criteria cease to be met (with a 30-day grace period for the Elite tier).

Tradallo reserves the right to revoke a badge or suspend a profile in cases of fraud, market manipulation, wash trading, fabricated records, or violation of these Terms.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not, directly or via any agent or automation:

• Fabricate, materially alter, or selectively report trading records
• Engage in wash trading, self-cross trading, or other market manipulation patterns
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of any non-public Tradallo software
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Tradallo data without an explicit written license
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise access the service in volumes designed to circumvent rate limits
• Use Tradallo to facilitate illegal activity, market abuse, or evasion of financial regulations
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to the service's infrastructure

9. Disclaimers

Tradallo is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradallo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any trading record displayed represents future performance.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradallo, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading capital, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Tradallo in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

11. Account termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraud, or as required by law. On termination, your access ends and your personal data is deleted per our Privacy Policy. On-chain attestations remain on the underlying chain.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site and (for account holders) by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
